You may notice that part of having a perfect beach body is having a decent amount of muscle. This requires that you bulk up and train hard. In order to bulk up you will need to eat a decent amount of calories. Enough that it starts to make your body fat rise. Thus you are losing that nice ripped look. It is a necessary evil to gain muscle, when in a caloric deficit to keep your body fat extremely low you start to lose muscle and need to gain it back. So you need to eat more and gain muscle. So you cycle usually during the winter you would gain weight and muscle. In the summer lose wight while trying to preserve muscle mass.

Beach Body Noticed?:

With the two above points, it comes into question on wether or not there is a point to keeping your beach body in times when its not being shown off. For me I am a personal trainer so I always need to have a half decent look. But for the normal person, why put excess strain on your self especially when it makes no sense to. So in the end cycle your dieting habit. Take days of eating your favorite food but don’t go overboard!
